- 2 / 5By Michelle WilliamsThe service was great and the atmosphere was quirky but the flavour of the food was not distinctly Cajun, Indian, or Southern. Maybe a cross between all but I wasn't a fan. The fried rice that the basic rib plate comes with is drenched (sopping overly sauced is not an exaggeration) in the same disgusting sauce as the ribs. The candied yams aren't candied but coated in some kind of apple pie type sauce sans the apples. It was the best part of my 18$ plate of rice mush and ribs. The ribs were tender but possibly boiled or steamed to finish cooking. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing or it was an odd night for the kitchen but I won't be going back.February 23, 2017
